The hotel boasts spacious rooms with well, designed bathrooms and a restaurant offering both Asian and Western cuisine. A few minutes away is a brand new but expensive shopping mall, great for shopping or eating international foods. the hotel provides plenty of facilities , including a good, sized swimming pool and attentive service. Breakfasts are plentiful, with a good variety of choices.
Some of the Teething problems, such as damp smells in some rooms and slow front desk check, ins, take away from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

This hotel is luxurious with exclusive amenities that cater to our needs. We were impressed with the Spa & Wellness Centre, and its indoor and outdoor swimming pool. the massage service was top, notch, and the garden area was beautiful.
the restaurant was good, but lacking in terms of special diet menus.

Enjoyed the beautiful building's modern design and elegant lobby. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the buffet breakfast had a diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, close to main attractions and easily accessible by car.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making our New Year stay unpleasant. The room was not clean upon arrival, with dirty carpets and bathroom floors.

The staff at Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The in-room dining was delicious, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The sauna, spa, and massage staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel had spacious rooms with beautiful views, and the a la carte food at the restaurants was top-notch.
Couldn't stay longer.

Nice sea view and cozy rooms, the room lighting was perfect for relaxation and reading. the hotel staff was polite and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of food options and had a nice ambiance.
The hotel was quite far from the city center and getting a taxi was a real challenge. the hotel's building looked a bit outdated and lacked modern amenities.

During my stay, I noticed that the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also convenient, especially if you're driving around this area. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and sauna. The rooms were spacious with a lovely view and superb cleanliness.
